This is a training series of separate books, each broken into 4 week programs. The goal of this series is to help you build a foundation that'll serve as the legwork for your future physique. You'll be introduced to an arsenal of exercises and given cues on how to execute them properly.

The way it's broken down - there's 5 workouts per week, and all books can be used individually or come together to create an entire program.
